The Course was offered to the Scout leaders who have successfully completed the Wood Badge course and met all the requirements. The purpose of the training is to build a core group of trainers who can conduct Basic Scout Unit Leaders Training to the new recruits both at the national and Dzongkhag level for expansion of the scouting programme.
