More than 250 scouts from Bhutan have participated in the Republic Day Celebration Camp in New Delhi, India and to reciprocate, the Department of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Education invites NCC delegates from India to attend the National Day Celebration in 17th December annually. The objective of the exchange programme is to foster Goodwill and Friendship amongst the young people of both the countries through better understanding and awareness on culture, traditions, believes and values.

During their visit, they got an opportunity to visit Indian Embassy, IMTRAT head office in Thimphu, Haa Military Training Center and many other Bhutanese historical sites in Paro, Punakha and Thimphu.
